The response to our service has been phenominal and overwhelming and we know that we need to do more.
Our vision is to add at least 1 fully accessible and inclusive holiday home each year at different Haven sites around the UK.
The current cost to purchase, fit out, pitch and run 1 accessible caravan is around £70,000.

The gentle gradient ramp leading to the caravan entrance is 1.1 metres wide with a turning area on the patio at least 2 metres x 2 metres.
All our doors are sliding door and are at least 75cms wide.
We have a large corridor which is 95cms wide and turning circles of at least 1.5 metres in both the main bedroom, wetroom, living room and kitchen
Some of us involved at the Charity own a private caravan on the Haven Cala Gran site.
So there is always a chance that you might bump into one of us or we could arrange to pop around and say hello.

You must bring your own sling for the Hoist.
You will also have to bring your own towels, any sensory aids, food and toiletries.
Wifi is free and provided via 4G mobile broadband from Vodafone. It is a really good signal strength and has no problems running netflix etc
Heating is Gas Central Heating and should be turned on by default. There are also booster buttons in both the living room and main bedroom. The operation of it is all covered in the caravan manual in the living room.
We have plug sockets through out and some contain USB chargers for ease of use.
